Well , as I told , in the new year , there'll be more change in this forum
The first is re-order many catagories and sub-boxes , i deleted some box and make some new ones , now 4rum is more clearly to active and almost focus in Question?
The second , is reset the permission of members who have joined 4rum
FROM NOW , THIS TOPIC IS FOR UPDATE GENERAL RULES OF FORUM. INDIVIDUAL OPINIONS ABOUT THE RULES ALSO CAN POSTED IN HERE.

1) Since this is a very small forum, I do not wish to place a word limit to the posts because i want people to post their feelings and not post in order to reach the word limit. Its against my morals to control how much others say.
2) However, i do not wish to see VERY short replies to any topics for example: Thanks and so-and-so is so cute! Whether your reply is up to standard, i think you should know it very well.
3) In addition to rule 2, i did not mean that you could not idolise your idol by saying them cute( I myself do that all the time) But at least after that make some constructive comments, or at least proper ones
4) i do not wish to see people insulting others idol, or giving negative comments ( No, i do not mean that i want comments that sounds so proper that it makes the forum so faked, a little bit of normal-human-like negative talk is alright with me, but if any comments stir up disagreement and unhappiness amongst our members, i am afraid that i have to delete the post and pull your reputation down.
5) This forum is anti-twit-language. Any member found using twit language(e.g. issh, lurrb) will be warned for the first time, and then your reputation will be pulled down or you will be suspended for 3 days, or both. Well, the reason is that twit language makes me sick( its really not only me), and as there are many members from other country, they might not be able to understand you.
New adds : (6) Put the hide code into forum , so everyone must reply to see the hidden contents
(7) Picture Box , Translation Box and Spread the love Box (download) in Question? Category WERE HIDDEN , read the FAQ below to know how to see them
(8) Don's claim any stuff which posted/uploaded by forum own members as yours .You must ask the owner post/uploaded for the permission to re-post in elsewhere. And when you re-post , please give full credit .DON'T RE-POST IN ELSEWHERE WITHOUT PERMISSION.
(9) If you want to thanks someone for their stuffs ( post , scans , upload or anything else) , please notice to Member Information (below the avatar) , there is a tool that's " Reputation " , click the green plus to raise the reputation as express your gratitude with their stuff ( Raising reason is not required - and I recommend this tool very much ).
(10) As you break the rules , depend on how serious your fault is , you will be lowered your reputation (and be warned from level 1 to 5) or suspended from some hours to some days or banned forever. We don't want to use this punishment so ALL DEPEND ON YOU.

Q : Why must you hide those boxes ?/Why must you hide the content of posts?
A : We thanks anyone for joining this forum , but we APPRECIATE the contribution member give forum , because almost resources in this forum are scanned/ripped/uploaded by our own staff/members , so hide those boxes in order to prevent our recources/stuffs BE STOLEN by someone in easy and secret way. And we dont want to see members who only register and do nothing , remember , forum is where to members be ACTIVE , you must be active if you want anything .Plus , it's unfair if they work hard to bring to you many things , but you only need to register , come and take their stuffs away without say anything . At least , let express your gratitude for which they bring to you.
Q: How can I see those hidden boxes ?
A: + When your posts reach to 5 posts , you will be promoted to " Members" Group , and have the permission to see Translation Box. + When your posts reach to 10 posts, you will be promoted to " Active" Group , and have the permission to see Picture Box and Download Box Now both Members Group and Active Group can see the hidden boxes , include : Translation , Picture and Download Box (that means you only need 5 posts)
Maybe you will think we are cruel , but all thing we do just in order to protect and wide this forum , if you love Question? , and love this here , i sure you will accept these rules .

Unfair, yeah, but there are still forums out there that don't require any posts. ^^ Not that I'm complaining about this rule~ I hope this makes more activity, ne ^^

hmm that's a good amount - it's enough to make sure people are really a member but not so much to make people give up and think it's snobbish. :) (not like "400 posts" or whatever at um, certain places which i no longer bother going coz sorry however much i may love something i do not have TIME for that. =_=)
but a question: just in case i ever have anything to upload - if you upload stuffs, do you have to do anything special to it, or will it all be automatically fixed up properly?
